Since we’re one of the few online stores offering free shipping on all U.S. orders, we ask that you review the full details below prior to your purchase. Check our FAQ page for other common questions or contact us for a quick chat about your order.

Shipping estimates are for the continental U.S. Please add between 1-3 additional days for Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard shipping is FREE on all domestic orders to the U.S., U.S. territories and APOs.
All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Shipments within the continental U.S. typically arrive within 1-8 business days from the date of shipment, not including Alaska and Hawaii. The estimated delivery dates shown during checkout reflect the average shipping time from our warehouse in Omaha, Nebraska, to your zip code. Please note these dates are estimated by the shipper and are not guaranteed.

Your package will be shipped via UPS, United States Postal Service or FedEx. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification via email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to track your package. You can also track your package by logging into your account and viewing your order history details. Signature may be required upon delivery.
Expedited Shipping Options
All expedited orders placed before 2 p.m. central time (CT) on business days (Monday through Friday) will be processed and shipped that day. Orders received after 2 p.m. CT will ship the following business day. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a postal holiday, it will ship the following business day.
During busy times, such as holidays or site-wide sales, it may take up to two or three days to process an order, but expedited, paid shipping orders always jump the line! Not only will your order be sent via a priority service, it will also be processed before those with standard shipping.
Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes must be shipped via USPS and do not qualify for expedited shipping options.
If weather-related issues cause a delay in your package delivery, Beautybellaboutique cannot refund your shipping charges.
The following expedited shipping options are for the Contiguous U.S. Please add between 1-3 additional days for Alaska and Hawaii.
UPS Ground – $7.95
Once shipped, UPS Ground packages will be received in 3 business days.
2 Day Shipping – $14.95
This option guarantees your shipment in 2 business days. Your package will arrive before 7 p.m. on the day of delivery.
Next Day Shipping – $29.95
Next day orders must be shipped to your billing address. Orders will be shipped the same day if received before 2:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. If received after 2:00 p.m. CT or if received on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day and received by 7 p.m. on the business day after that.
International Orders

Freight Forwarders
If you ship your order to a freight forwarding company, Beautybellaboutique.com cannot be held liable for any transaction with a forwarding company. Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, Beautybellaboutique.com is no longer liable for the package. Please be aware that items purchased from Beautybellaboutique.com are only warranted within the United States.
ORM-D
Orders containing regulated materials for domestic transport (Class ORM-D) such as aerosols, perfumes, certain drugs and products with high alcohol content may only be shipped via ground transportation within the Continental U.S. This includes nail polish, hairspray and more. Please allow up to 1-5 business days for delivery when selecting the free standard shipping option.
Combined Shipments
If two or more orders are submitted within one day that will be shipped to a single address, Beautybellaboutique will combine the orders into one shipment. Combined shipments allow Beautybellaboutique to help the environment by reducing the amount of packaging products and carbon fuels to deliver the products. When the package is delivered, please look carefully through the environmentally friendly packing materials, verifying you have received the products for all orders. Undelivered, Missing and Damaged Packages
Lost, Stolen and Damaged Packages
Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our Customer Care Team immediately so we can begin investigating the issue. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the shipment’s estimated delivery date.
When reported damaged packages, photos showing damage to the shipping box and affected products will be requested at the request of the shipping courier.
When selecting free shipping at checkout for orders within the U.S., we use multiple shipping carriers. This is determined at the time your order is scanned to ship, and based on several factors, mainly the carrier that will get your order to you the quickest.
If you elect to release the carrier of liability for your package, this in turn releases Beautybellaboutique.com for any liability in the event your order is damaged in transit, or unable to be located after being scanned delivered as addressed, to the address input or selected at the time your order was placed.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages
If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a $15 fee for UPS and USPS packages. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
Change of Address after Shipment
Due to our highly automated system, orders placed at Beautybellaboutique.com are started within minutes of placement, making changes very difficult to implement. For this reason, address changes after an order has been placed are not available at Beautybellaboutique.com, except in very special circumstances. Due to new rules with our carriers, we are rarely able to make it happen. We apologize for this inconvenience.
If you need to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped, please note that there is a $15 fee to re-route the order if this is an option. This option is only available for UPS orders (excluding UPS Surepost) and they are rarely able to offer this option. Please note that any change in address will delay the arrival of your package and is not guaranteed.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it may be returned to Beautybellaboutique as undeliverable and a $15 return to sender fee ($30 fee for international orders) will be assessed. Many misaddressed packages are lost in transit, in which case there will be no refund. When there is a fee assessed, it is because Beautybellaboutique is charged a fee by the shipping carrier when packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Any shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable, as Beautybellaboutique does cover some of the cost involved in outbound shipping. To avoid this charge, please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Thank you for your understanding.
Eco-Friendly Practices
As your source for skin care and beauty products, Beautybellaboutique takes pride in respecting the environment. Our planet is important to us and we do everything we can to give back to the Earth.
We do our best to reduce our carbon footprint and protect the planet at Beautybellaboutique headquarters. As an advanced skin care company, our warehouse receives a number of packages on a daily basis. The warehouse staff does an excellent job of making sure everything that comes our way is put to good use. Beautybellaboutique reuses all boxes and packing materials whenever possible. If something can’t be reused, it is recycled.
The packages Beautybellaboutique sends out are also eco-friendly. Our signature boxes are made from post-consumer recycled material. We encourage our customers to recycle or reuse these boxes.
Occasionally we will use alternative packing materials, which may include bubble wrap, foam wrap, kraft paper, other packing peanuts or honeycomb wrap for small orders. These packing materials are reused; we either received these materials as samples, part of an inbound shipment or they were brought in by friends and family in their desire to minimize waste.
Beautybellaboutique supports the benefits of going green in all aspects of the company. We encourage all of our employees to treat the planet with respect. Each break room has an area to recycle cans, plastic and cardboard. We also recycle paper and other office materials whenever possible.
